The following cancellation policy applies if you are unable to comply with your booking:
Reserved rooms must be accommodated by latest at 18.00 unless otherwise agreed on the arrival date. If this is not possible we reserve the right to re-let any of the facilities.
Should we suffer financial loss against the original booking as per our contractual reservations agreement, (e.g. cancellation, no-show, late arrival, early departure) it will be the responsibility of you as our guest in accordance to general contract regulation (OR97ff) and also regulation concerning rental agreement (OR264) to compensate our establishment. You will be invoiced on flat rates (subject to varying agreements) for possible losses up to a total cost representing maximum 5 overnights.
There are no cancellation fees if rooms are cancelled six weeks prior to arrival. Three weeks prior to arrival we charge 2/3 of the total amount of stay, two weeks or less requires compensation of full amount. If we are able to re-sell the rooms we will refund the full amount to you minus CHF 100.00 handling fees.
Jurisdiction is Samedan, in accordance with Swiss law.
