In Prague a document is issued, whereby the nobility family of Antonius Mysanus and his heirs have full authority within all of the Roman Empire to “legitimise all born out of wedlock and prostitutes offspring, adopt sons and daughters, elevate non nobles to nobility, and be allowed to appoint positions to public notaries, writers and judges proven competent and trustworthy”.

The heirs of Gaudenz Misani apply at the community hall of Samedan for rights of citizenship which is accepted

The house passes into the ownership of family G.Lutzi-Donatz who ran the Caverna as restaurant, and also for many years the hotel Hirschen with much success
